WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ARRIVE?One or more items in my order were listed as "pre-order". When will my order arrive? Pre-ordering allows you purchase items to your personal specifications. Estimated wait times can vary by product and are detailed in the product description at the time of order, as well as in your order confirmation email. If you’ve purchased multiple items, your complete order will ship once all items are received by us and made available to ship unless otherwise noted, or if your order allowed you the option to choose to ship your items separately. Please know we are as excited as you to get our hands on it! That said, while we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited-edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We aim to have orders to you as close to 4 weeks as possible. But, the above mentioned reasons may cause the wait time to be longer.

ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?All orders placed on our store are immediately charged for the full amount of your order. Since you are ordering an item to your own specs, this is necessary.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?Since all items are custom made to your specs, we do not allow cancelations. Generally, no changes are allowed. However, there are some exceptions. Depending on where your order is within the production process, we may be able to change the name or number you requested. We may be able to update your order with a shipping address change up until you receive a tracking number. To request one of these changes, please contact us via email or chat and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request! Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to sizes in your order or swap items. Once your request is received, one of our team members will notify you via email to confirm whether or not your request was able to be processed. Please remember that all orders are subject to our return and exchange policies, unless otherwise stated in the product’s description or order confirmation email.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
